We pride ourselves on an honest, open relationship with our owners. For a healthy horse, our residency fee covers absolutely every aspect of their lifestyle, routine care, and preventative health. You will never be billed for extra rug changes, grooming, turnouts, or standard handling.
To maintain absolute professional transparency, the only expenses that fall outside our standard inclusive package are horse-specific clinical treatments or non-routine interventions:
Long-term clinical pharmaceuticals (such as daily treatment for Cushing's disease or specific metabolic disorders) and owner-requested bespoke nutraceuticals.
Prescription Medications & Specific Supplements:
Emergency medical care, advanced diagnostics (such as digital X-rays or ultrasounds), surgeries, or specialist therapeutic treatments beyond our routine preventative wellness checks.
Non-Routine Veterinary Interventions:
Whilst standard, routine farriery is fully covered, any specialised therapeutic shoeing or surgical padding required to treat acute clinical conditions will be billed transparently.
